WHAT INFORMS ME
WHO I WORK WITH

My training in psychodynamic therapy allows for deep therapeutic exploration. I also use various other frameworks in my practice.

Bringing unconscious patterns/emotions to the conscious mind
Relational
Allowing relating patterns to unfold and play out in the therapeutic relationship
Using learnings for growth and relational healing
Person-Centred
Seeing my clients as people; the work is grounded in respect, understanding, and mutual presence in the room
The relationship is a real and meaningful part of the work
Internal Family Systems
Exploring the different parts of self that hold distinct emotions, narratives and motivations
Learning how to separate from and build conversations with parts of you that feel difficult / nourishing
